Immediately. The moment payment clears we email your ticket numbers and store them under Active tickets in your account.

Yes — each competition lists its per-person cap on the listing. The default is 50 per person; instant-win comps allow up to 500.

Open a support ticket within 14 days of purchase for a refund — provided the draw hasn't run. Once the draw runs, entries are final.

The draw still runs. The on-listing timer is the hard deadline — when it expires we draw from the tickets sold (and free postal entries received).

When tickets sell out — or the on-listing timer ends, whichever first — we run a live draw on Instagram and Facebook using a verified random number generator. The full clip stays online forever.

Each competition listing shows its draw date and time. We post the schedule on Instagram (@tccomps) the day before too.

Yes. Every full draw is recorded, the RNG output is verified, and an independent auditor reviews our procedures quarterly. Recordings stay public.

Instant-win competitions resolve in real time. After you answer the qualifying question correctly, the system tells you immediately if your ticket has matched a prize.

Yes — every car/luxury draw has a cash alternative listed. If you win, tell us "cash please" and we transfer the equivalent the same evening or next business day.

Live phone call where possible (we record those for the reveal video). If we can't reach you within 24 hours we email + DM. Make sure your contact details in your profile are current.

Anywhere on UK mainland — included in the prize. For NI, IoM and offshore, a delivery fee may apply (we'll tell you before dispatch).

UK prize-draw winnings are not subject to income tax. Cash alternatives are paid tax-free. We don't provide tax advice for non-UK residents.

Some instant-win prizes are paid as site credit, which can be spent on any future entry. Credit doesn't expire.

Yes — every single draw includes a free postal entry route. Send a postcard with your name, contact details, and the competition you'd like to enter. We add your entry to the same draw with the same odds. No purchase required.

Yes — postal entries must arrive 24 hours before the listed draw close time. We allocate the next available ticket number on receipt.

Yes — entries are tied to an account so you can review your tickets, change your details, and so we can pay you if you win.

Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. All payments are processed securely via PCI-DSS-compliant providers.

Check spam, then look in your account orders. If it's still missing, contact us with your order ID and we'll resend.

Open Profile → "Delete account". We retain order history for 7 years for tax and audit purposes.

You must be 18 or over and a UK resident. We may ask for proof before releasing a prize.

Open Profile → "Spending limits" to set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap. Limits take effect immediately and reduce can only be requested after a 24-hour cool-off.

Yes — email hello@tccomps.co.uk to request a self-exclusion of 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. We'll close your account and prevent re-registration for the chosen period.
