1. Who we are
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your relationship with the TC Comps website (the "Service") operated by TC Competitions Limited ("us", "we", or "our"), registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15576593) at Severn House, Hazell Drive, Newport NP10 8FY.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident to enter any competition on the Service. We reserve the right to verify your identity, age, and residence at any point — including before releasing a prize. Entries from anyone failing to meet these requirements will be void.
3. Entry methods
Each competition can be entered (a) by purchasing one or more tickets via the Service, or (b) by free postal entry — full details on the How to Play page. Postal entries carry the same odds as paid entries.
4. Draw mechanics
Each competition has a fixed maximum ticket count and end date displayed on its listing. The draw is run when (i) all tickets are sold, or (ii) the on-listing timer expires — whichever comes first. Winners are selected via a verified random number generator. Every full draw is streamed live on Instagram and Facebook; recordings remain publicly available.
5. Cash alternative
Where a cash alternative is offered alongside a physical prize, the winner may elect to receive the cash equivalent. Funds are transferred to the winner's nominated UK bank account within one business day of confirmation.
6. Refunds & cancellations
Entries are final once payment has been processed and the draw has run. Before the draw runs, you may request a refund within 14 days by opening a support ticket. We retain the right to cancel or refund any entry at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud.
7. Account & security
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
8. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By entering a competition you consent to your name being announced publicly if you win, and to your image being shared on TC Comps social channels in the case of in-person reveals.
9. Promotions & instant wins
Instant-win competitions resolve in real time after the qualifying question is answered correctly. Prize allocation is automatic and non-transferable. Where physical prizes are listed, delivery to mainland UK is included; offshore territories may incur a delivery fee notified before dispatch.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TC Competitions Limited's liability is limited to the purchase price of the entries placed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, nor for issues outside our reasonable control (e.g. internet outages, payment-processor failures).
11. Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
